They always get back to me immediately when I call and will do anything to make sure that my needs are met. On top of all that, they have great rates! I have been with State Farm for almost 20 years (previous agent passed away and somehow I got stuck with this guy) , but I have never experienced so much trouble and hassle like I did with Butcher and his staff.
