- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Mr. Hollis was a very nice gentleman and I'm sure that he's is a fine appraiser for properties in the Decatur area. However, I would not recommend his services if having property appraised in Huntsville. Because of his very inaccurate appraisal of our home/property and the inappropriate comps he used in ascertaining that appraisal number, he undervalued our home by 1/3. It was so off that the bank actually offered to pay for a new appraisal which came in at almost $100,000 more than his first effort.
