- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆To give this place 1 star is absolutely giving. I filed at this excuse of a tax office last year. Needless to say that was by far the absolute WORST experience I've ever had filing my taxes. The tax preparer was less than helpful and neglected to mention forms that I was unaware that I needed. When I finally got these forms they didn't bother to tell me I had to pay MORE money for them to fix a mistake until I walked in the door. The "secretary" if that's what you wanna call hers attitude is absolutely pathetic. I wouldn't mind filing again with this company if they cleaned house and actually made it professional in there. But unfortunately I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to go here simply because they give you a we're lazy attitude and are very unprofessional and they want to argue with you. I will most likely be goin back to H&R block again. Simply because their people are on top of the game. They are more knowledgeable on what you need and how to do it fast friendly and leaving you with a sense of reassurance. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!By Jonathan Peterson, August 29, 2017
